Is Alplink GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All data stays in EU datacenters (Germany/Finland), processed only under EU jurisdiction. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Where is my data stored?
Exclusively in EU datacenters located in Germany and Finland. Backups are encrypted and stored in EU-only object storage. Your data never leaves Europe. See our Transparency page for details on our infrastructure.
I don't have a domain. Can I still use Alplink?
Absolutely. We provide a free alplink subdomain you can use right away. Connect your own custom domain later with just a few clicks from the dashboard, at no extra cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer (SEPA). All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Check our Pricing page for plan details.
Are payments secure?
Yes. All transactions go through Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms worldwide. Your payment details are encrypted end-to-end and never stored on our servers.
